STUDIO POLICIES
SICK POLICY
Please stay home when sick with any symptoms.

Clients should stay home when experiencing symptoms of illness including fever, respiratory symptoms, or gastrointestinal illness.

Clients may return to the studio once symptoms are improving, are mild, and the client has been fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication.

Masks are required during the first five (5) days after symptoms begin improving.

Sessions may be rescheduled in cases of illness to help protect the health of other clients and instructors.

Please note that missed sessions due to illness are still subject to the studio’s cancellation policy.
SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to effectively manage our resources and provide accessible service to all our clients please note the following policies regarding scheduling and cancellation:
Recurring Dedicated Time Bookings

Clients requesting a recurring weekly appointment time must purchase a package of sessions in advance.

Appointments will not be scheduled beyond the number of sessions remaining in a package.

Cancellations or changes to recurring appointments must be made at least one (1) week in advance.

Cancellations made less than one week in advance will be deducted from the clients’ package.
Non-Recurring Bookings

All private sessions require 24 hours notice for cancellation.

Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may be charged in full or deducted from a session package.
Group Classes

Private group classes operate on a monthly membership basis.

Missed classes are not refundable and cannot be credited toward future classes.
That being said, if you do have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your situation with personal attention.
PRIORITY SCHEDULING & EXTENDED ABSENCES

Recurring appointment times are limited and considered priority scheduling slots within the studio.

Clients who plan an extended absence (2 or more successive weeks) and wish to retain priority access to their recurring appointment time upon return may do so by paying a monthly priority scheduling fee of $75 per reserved time slot. This fee reflects the client’s request to maintain priority scheduling over other clients who may request that time on an ongoing basis.

During a client’s absence, the studio may continue to utilize the time slot for other sessions with the understanding that the original client has priority consideration for that time upon return if paying the priority scheduling fee.

If the fee is not maintained, the recurring time will be released and may be offered to other clients on a permanentor ongoing basis. In that case, the original time slot cannot be guaranteed upon return.
LATE ARRIVAL
Classes and appointments begin at the time scheduled or listed. Please arrive early enough to prepare to start on time, usually 5 minutes before the scheduled time. To ensure the safety of your practice, there is no admittance later than 10 minutes after the start of class time.
SOCKS
Socks with non-slip bottoms are required not only to protect the equipment but to maximize safety for all clients.
COURSE/WORKSHOP CANCELLATION
There are no refunds for cancelled workshops or courses. All workshops and courses must be paid in full prior to the start of event.
PARKING
There is metered parking on J Street and also 2 hour free parking on 23rd Street and surrounding streets . Please check the signs to ensure you aren't parking during a street cleaning day to avoid a ticket.
PAYMENT DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE
Payment is expected at the time of the appointment or in advance of your appointment time. We currently accept check, cash, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard & American Express
REFUNDS
There are no refunds for purchased sessions or packages. Purchases are non-transferable. All purchases expire within 12 months of purchase date.
CELL PHONES
We ask that you help us maintain a focused and peaceful environment by SILENCING your phone and refraining from using cell phones during your visit.
